Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 days (may vary depending on destination).

  • We currently ship to:  India only.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • For COD orders, we will confirm your order via a phone call before shipping.

  • If you do not confirm the order during the call, the order will not be shipped.

  • Once confirmed, COD orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

No Return / Refund Reminder

  • Please note: as per our No Return & Refund Policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is shipped.
